General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear
I understand your concern

Yellow mucus with white chunks is food mixed with the stomach acid.
Do not worry, it is not stomach lining.
I will treat this type of case in my practice as below:
Tablet pantoprazole and domperidone 30 minutes before the meal
Tablet diclyclomine
Syrup mucine
Drink plenty of water
Take small frequent meal rather than large meal
Avoid spicy/fatty/oily food.
Take diet like banana, boiled rice, applesauce and toast
Take proper rest
Hope this may help you
